FiscalTime offers three subscription tiers: Free, Standard (£7/month), and Premium (£17/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon 30 days' notice.
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@fiscaltime.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period).
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable UK or international laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
